Southwest Key Programs is a national minority-led nonprofit organization headquartered in Austin, Texas. We were founded in 1987 to improve the quality of life for our youth by investing in communities and providing culturally competent schools, shelters and alternatives to incarceration. Today our creative and diverse staff of over 1000 employees positively impacts the lives of thousands of children and their families in Texas, Arizona, California, Georgia, New York, Louisiana and Wisconsin each day.
